Ultimate BBQ Smokehouse Platter

Step 1: Season the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

Rub with yellow mustard, then coat generously with the BBQ dry rub.

Let rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Smoke the Ribs

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

Smoke the ribs for 3 hours.

Wrap them tightly in foil with the butter, honey, and a splash of BBQ sauce.

Continue cooking for 2 hours.

Unwrap, brush with more BBQ sauce, and smoke for another 30–60 minutes until the glaze is sticky and the ribs are tender.

Step 3: Make the Cowboy Beans

Cook the bacon until crisp.

Brown the ground beef with the onion, then drain excess fat.

Stir in the baked beans, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and cooked bacon.

Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4: Prepare the Hawaiian Mac Salad

Cook the macaroni until very tender.

Drain and cool slightly.

Mix together the mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, carrots, onion, salt, and pepper.

Fold in the macaroni.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Step 5: Make the Deviled Egg Potato Salad

Boil the potatoes until fork-tender.

Cool slightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Chop four of the hard-boiled eggs.

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Fold the potatoes and chopped eggs into the dressing.

Slice the remaining eggs and arrange on top.

Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

Step 6: Grill the Hot Dogs

Grill the hot dogs over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly browned.

Step 7: Assemble the Platter

Arrange the smoked ribs on a large serving platter.

Add generous scoops of cowboy beans, Hawaiian macaroni salad, and deviled egg potato salad.

Finish with a grilled hot dog on the side.

Serve with extra BBQ sauce, pickles, cornbread, or coleslaw if desired.
