High-Protein Lotus Caramel Whip Jars

Step 1: Make the Biscuit Crunch

Place the biscuits into a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.

You can also put them into a sealed bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Mix the crumbs with the melted butter until they resemble damp sand.

Step 2: Prepare the Protein Cream

Add the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl.

Beat with a hand mixer for 1–2 minutes until smooth, thick, and fluffy.

Taste the mixture.

If you want it sweeter, add a little honey or maple syrup and mix again.

If the cream is too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time.

Step 3: Prepare the Caramel

Place the salted caramel sauce in a small bowl.

If it’s very thick, warm it gently for a few seconds so that it becomes easier to spread.

Allow it to cool slightly before assembling the jars.

Step 4: Build the First Layer

Take four clean dessert jars or small glasses.

Add approximately 2 tablespoons of biscuit crumbs to the bottom of each jar.

Press the crumbs down gently with the back of a spoon.

Step 5: Add the Protein Whip

Spoon or pipe a layer of the protein cream over the biscuit base.

Try to keep the layer even around the jar.

Step 6: Add Salted Caramel

Spoon a thin layer of salted caramel over the protein cream.

For extra caramel flavor, you can swirl a small amount into the cream rather than leaving it as a separate layer.

Step 7: Repeat the Layers

Add another layer of crushed biscuits.

Then add another generous layer of protein cream.

Finish with another drizzle of salted caramel.

The layers should create the beautiful caramel-and-cream marble effect seen in the picture.

Step 8: Add the Crunchy Topping

Finish each jar with:

  • Crushed Lotus/Biscoff biscuits
  • Small pieces of toffee or caramel
  • A drizzle of salted caramel
  • Optional chopped roasted nuts

Step 9: Chill

Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours.

For an even firmer, more dessert-like texture, chill them for several hours or overnight.

Step 10: Serve

Take the jars out of the refrigerator just before serving.

Add a final tiny drizzle of caramel and enjoy!

💪 How to Make Them Higher in Protein

For a higher-protein version:

  • Use 0% Greek yogurt
  • Choose a protein powder with a high protein percentage
  • Use light cream cheese
  • Keep the caramel and biscuit portions moderate

The exact protein content will depend on the brands and quantities you use, so check the nutrition labels on your ingredients.

⭐ Tips for the Best Texture

Don’t overmix: Beat the protein cream only until smooth and fluffy.

Use thick yogurt: Greek or strained yogurt produces a much thicker filling.

Chill before serving: Refrigeration helps the layers set and makes the jars taste even better.

Add the crunchy topping last: This helps keep the biscuit pieces crisp.

🍯 Final Result

You get creamy vanilla protein whip, buttery biscuit crunch, rich salted caramel, and a delicious crunchy topping in every spoonful.

These little jars are perfect for meal prep, parties, or when you want a sweet treat with an extra protein boost! 🍮🤎
