Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

This roasted cauliflower is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. While it may not literally be “better than meat” for everyone, it’s a delicious vegetable dish that can easily become the star of the meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
