Step 1: Prepare the Cabbage

Wash the cabbage and cut it into thin strips using a knife or slicer.

Step 2: Heat the Pan

Place a skillet on medium heat.

Add olive oil or butter and let it heat for about 30 seconds.

Step 3: Cook the Cabbage

Add the sliced cabbage to the pan.

Stir and cook for 5–6 minutes until the cabbage becomes soft and slightly golden.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

Step 4: Add the Eggs

Push the cabbage slightly to one side of the pan.

Crack the eggs into the empty space.

Scramble the eggs gently, then mix them with the cabbage.

Step 5: Season

Add:

  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika

Mix everything together and cook for another 1–2 minutes.

Step 6: Serve

Transfer to a plate and garnish with:

  • chopped green onions
  • grated cheese (optional)

Serve warm.
