  • 2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2–3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Optional additions:

  • chopped green onions
  • grated cheese
  • chili flakes
