Beef and Pepper Pasta Skillet

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the rigatoni or penne pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.

Drain the pasta and set it aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Beef

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef cubes, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned on all sides.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

3️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet add the remaining olive oil.

Add the onion, garlic, and chopped bell peppers.

Cook for 3–4 minutes until the vegetables soften and become fragrant.

4️⃣ Make the Sauce

Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce.

Add Italian seasoning and paprika, stirring well.

Let the sauce simmer for about 3 minutes so the flavors combine.

5️⃣ Combine Everything

Return the cooked beef to the skillet.

Add the cooked pasta and mix everything together.

Stir in 1 tablespoon butter to give the sauce a smooth, rich texture.

Cook for 2–3 minutes, allowing the pasta to absorb the sauce.

6️⃣ Serve

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
  • Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
  • Add chili flakes if you like a little heat.
