Ingredients
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 orange, peeled
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup water
- A small pinch of black pepper
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Wash and peel the carrots.
- Cut them into small pieces for easier blending.
- Peel the orange and remove any seeds.
Step 2: Blend
- Add the carrots, orange, turmeric, water, and black pepper to a blender.
- Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
