Bedtime Carrot and Turmeric Vision Drink

Many social media posts claim that a single food can “restore vision overnight.” In reality, no food or drink can cure vision problems while you sleep. However, certain nutrient-rich ingredients can help support overall eye health as part of a balanced diet.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 cup water
  • A small pinch of black pepper

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Wash and peel the carrots.
  2. Cut them into small pieces for easier blending.
  3. Peel the orange and remove any seeds.

Step 2: Blend

  1. Add the carrots, orange, turmeric, water, and black pepper to a blender.
  2. Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth.

Step 3: Strain (Optional)

  1. Pour through a fine strainer if you prefer a smoother drink.
  2. Press gently to extract all the juice.

Step 4: Sweeten

  1. Add honey if desired.
  2. Stir well until fully dissolved.

Step 5: Enjoy

  1. Drink about 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
  2. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
