Baked Cauliflower

Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower

Wash the cauliflower and cut it into medium-sized florets.

Try to keep them similar in size so they cook evenly.

Step 2: Season the Cauliflower

Place the florets in a large bowl.

Add:

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Onion powder

Mix well until the cauliflower is fully coated with the seasoning.

Step 3: Arrange for Baking

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Spread the cauliflower on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Make sure the florets are in a single layer so they roast properly.

Step 4: Bake Until Crispy

Bake for 25–30 minutes.

Halfway through cooking, stir the cauliflower so it browns evenly.

If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.

Step 5: Serve

Remove from the oven and garnish with:

  • Fresh parsley
  • A squeeze of lemon juice

Serve hot and enjoy the crispy, flavorful cauliflower.
