Ingredients

  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1 cup water
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Step 1: Wash the Ingredients

Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and ginger under running water.

Step 2: Prepare the Tomatoes

Cut the tomatoes into quarters.

Remove any damaged portions.

Step 3: Prepare the Ginger

Peel the ginger and slice it into small pieces.

Step 4: Blend Everything

Place in a blender:

  • Water
  • Lemon juice

Blend until completely smooth.
