Ingredients
• Til (Sesame Seeds) – 1 Cup
• Desiccated Coconut – 3 Tbsp
• Peanut Butter – 1 Tbsp
• Grated Jaggery – ¾ Cup
• Water – 3 Tbsp
• Cardamom Powder – ½ Tsp
• Ghee – 2 Tsp
• Oil/Ghee – For Greasing
Method
Prepare The Sesame Mixture
1. Add 1 Cup Til (Sesame Seeds) To A Pan.
2. Roast On Low Heat, Stirring Continuously.
3. Roast For 1 Minute Until Fragrant.
4. Cool Completely.
5. Separate 2 Tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds And Keep Aside.
6. Add The Remaining Sesame Seeds, Desiccated Coconut, And Peanut Butter To A Blender.
7. Pulse Blend Into A Coarse Mixture.
8. Keep The Mixture Aside.
Prepare The Jaggery Syrup
1. Add Grated Jaggery And 3 Tbsp Water To A Pan.
2. Cook On Low Heat While Stirring Until The Jaggery Melts Completely.
3. Add Cardamom Powder And Ghee.
4. Mix Well.
Make The Ladoo
1. Add The Prepared Sesame Mixture To The Melted Jaggery.
2. Mix Well And Cook Until The Mixture Starts Leaving The Sides Of The Pan.
3. Grease A Plate With Oil Or Ghee.
4. Transfer The Mixture To The Plate And Let It Cool For 5–6 Minutes.
5. Take Small Portions Of The Mixture And Roll Into Ladoo Shapes.
6. Coat With The Reserved Roasted Sesame Seeds
