You’ll need:
- 10–15 dried bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves
- 2 cups water
Step 2: Prepare the Herbal Hair Rinse
- Pour the water into a saucepan.
- Add the bay leaves and cloves.
- Bring to a gentle boil.
- Simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
The water will develop a rich herbal aroma.
Step 3: Strain the Mixture
Once cooled:
- Strain through a fine sieve.
- Discard the herbs.
- Pour the liquid into a clean spray bottle or container.
Step 4: Apply to the Scalp
After washing your hair:
- Spray the mixture onto the scalp.
- Massage gently for 3–5 minutes.
- Allow it to remain on the scalp.
- Do not rinse immediately.
Scalp massage may help improve blood circulation and distribute the treatment evenly.
Step 5: Use Consistently
For best results:
- Apply 3–4 times per week.
- Continue for several weeks.
Consistency is often more important than the specific ingredients used.
