Important Note

While rosemary may offer several health benefits, it is not a cure for arthritis, chronic pain, diabetes, cancer, or other serious medical conditions. It should be viewed as a flavorful herb and a complementary part of a healthy lifestyle, not a replacement for medical treatment.

A little rosemary can add wonderful flavor, aroma, and potential wellness benefits to your daily routine. 🌿☕
