Prime Rib

Prime Rib is one of the most luxurious and flavorful beef roasts. It’s known for its rich marbling, juicy texture, and tender meat. When cooked properly, the outside develops a flavorful crust while the inside remains perfectly pink and juicy.

Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 1 prime rib roast (about 4–5 lbs / 2 kg)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or softened butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (or ½ tsp dried)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)

Optional:

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
