Mixing Garlic and Honey with Cloves

Step 1: Prepare the Garlic

Peel the garlic cloves carefully.
You can leave them whole or lightly crush them for a stronger flavor.

Let crushed garlic rest for about 10 minutes before mixing.

Step 2: Sterilize the Jar

Wash the glass jar with hot water and dry it completely.
A clean jar helps preserve the mixture longer.

Step 3: Add Garlic and Cloves

Place the garlic cloves into the jar.
Add the whole cloves evenly around the garlic.

Step 4: Pour the Honey

Slowly pour the raw honey into the jar until all ingredients are fully covered.

If desired, add a little fresh lemon juice for extra flavor.

Step 5: Let It Infuse

Seal the jar tightly and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.

For a deeper flavor, refrigerate and allow it to infuse for 3–5 days before using.
