1. Make the sauce
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, and paprika.
Mix until smooth, then refrigerate while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
2. Prepare the fries
Cook the French fries according to the package directions until golden and crispy.
Season with a little salt and paprika.
3. Cook the chicken
Prepare the chicken tenders according to your preferred method until golden, crispy, and fully cooked.
Cut them into smaller pieces so they’re easier to fit inside the tortillas.
4. Cook the eggs
Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
Crack in the eggs and fry until the whites are completely set while keeping the yolks slightly runny if desired.
Season with salt, pepper, and a little paprika.
5. Warm the tortillas
Warm each tortilla in a dry skillet for about 10–15 seconds per side. This makes them softer and easier to fold.
6. Build the burritos
Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
Add a layer of shredded lettuce, tomato, and fries.
Top with crispy chicken, shredded cheese, and a generous drizzle of the creamy sauce.
Carefully place the fried egg on top.
7. Fold and wrap
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom to create a burrito.
For an extra-crispy finish, place the wrapped burrito seam-side down in a lightly greased skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes per side.
8. Serve
Slice the burrito in half and serve immediately with extra fries, sauce, and hot sauce on the side.
Egg or no egg? 🍳🌯
For the ultimate loaded version, definitely keep the egg—the runny yolk turns into a rich, delicious sauce inside the burrito!
