Lemon, Garlic, and Honey Elixir

Step 1: Prepare the Garlic

Peel all the garlic cloves carefully.
Crush or finely chop them to activate the natural compounds inside the garlic.
Let the garlic sit for about 10 minutes before using.

Step 2: Prepare the Lemons

Wash the lemons thoroughly.
Cut them in half and squeeze out the juice.
Remove any seeds.

For a stronger flavor, you can also grate a little lemon zest into the mixture.

Step 3: Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine:

  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Garlic cloves
  • Warm water
  • Optional ginger

Blend until smooth.

Step 4: Add the Honey

Pour the blended mixture into a glass jar or bowl.
Add the raw honey and stir well until fully combined.

Avoid using boiling water because excessive heat may reduce some of honey’s natural properties.

Step 5: Let It Rest

Cover the jar and let the mixture sit for 12–24 hours in the refrigerator.
This allows the flavors and ingredients to blend together.

  • Take 1 tablespoon every morning on an empty stomach.
  • You can also mix 1 tablespoon into warm water or herbal tea.
