Juicy Grilled Sausages 

🔥 Step 1: Preheat the Pan

  1. Place a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add olive oil.

🌭 Step 2: Brown the Sausages

  1. Place sausages in the pan.
  2. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.

  1. Add ½ cup water to the pan.
  2. Cover with a lid.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Let cook for 10–12 minutes.

This ensures they cook fully inside without burning.

🔄 Step 4: Final Browning

  1. Remove lid.
  2. Let water evaporate.
  3. Turn sausages frequently until golden brown and slightly crispy.

🔥 Method 2: Outdoor Grill

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Place sausages on grill.
  3. Turn every 3–4 minutes.
  4. Cook 12–15 minutes total until fully cooked.

  • Internal temperature:
    • Beef/Lamb: 70°C (160°F)
    • Chicken: 75°C (165°F)
  • No pink inside.
  • Juices run clear.
