Ingredients

  • 6–8 organic lemons

Step 1: Wash the Lemons

  1. Thoroughly wash and dry the lemons.
  2. If they are waxed, scrub them well with warm water.

Step 2: Remove the Zest

  1. Using a fine grater or vegetable peeler, remove only the yellow part of the peel.
  2. Avoid the white pith, which can be bitter.

  2. Leave in a warm, dry place for 2–3 days.

Step 4: Grind into Powder

  1. Once completely dry, place the zest in a spice grinder or blender.
  2. Blend until a fine powder forms.

Step 5: Store

  1. Transfer the lemon powder to an airtight glass jar.
  2. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
