Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower

Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
Try to keep the pieces similar in size so they cook evenly.

Step 2: Season the Cauliflower

Place the florets in a large bowl.

  • Garlic
  • Salt

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Do not overcrowd the pan so the florets can roast properly.

Step 4: Roast the Cauliflower

Bake for 25–30 minutes until the cauliflower becomes golden brown and crispy on the edges.

Halfway through cooking, gently stir the florets so they roast evenly.

Step 5: Add Final Touch

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Serve warm.
