In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form (light and fluffy).

2. Mix the base

In another bowl, combine condensed milk and vanilla extract.

3. Fold gently

Add the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Fold gently to keep it airy and smooth.

4. Freeze

Pour into a container, smooth the top, and cover.

5. Chill

Freeze for at least 6 hours (or overnight) until firm.
