Carrot, Tangerine, Turmeric and Ginger Wellness Juice

Step 1: Prepare the Produce

  • Wash the carrots, ginger, and turmeric thoroughly.
  • Peel the tangerines and remove any seeds.
  • Cut the carrots into smaller pieces.
  • Slice the ginger and turmeric into chunks.

Step 2: Blend or Juice

If using a blender:

  • Add the carrots, tangerines, ginger, turmeric, and water to the blender.
  • Blend on high for 2–3 minutes until smooth.

If using a juicer:

  • Feed the carrots, tangerines, ginger, and turmeric through the juicer according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 3: Strain (Optional)

For a smoother juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.

Step 4: Chill

Pour the juice into jars or glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or serve immediately over ice.

Step 5: Enjoy

Shake or stir before drinking if the juice has separated.

Tips

  • Add a squeeze of fresh lemon for extra brightness.
  • If you prefer a sweeter juice, blend in one apple.
  • For a colder drink, use chilled ingredients or add a few ice cubes.
  • Store in airtight jars in the refrigerator for up to 2–3 days. Shake well before serving.
