Aloe vera has been used for centuries in traditional hair care. Many people apply it to the scalp to help moisturize the skin, reduce dryness, and improve the appearance of hair. While aloe vera may support scalp health, there is no scientific proof that it can dramatically speed up hair growth or completely stop hair loss. Hair loss can have many causes, including genetics, stress, hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, and medical conditions.
