Air Fryer Poached Eggs

Step 1: Prepare the Ramekins

  1. Lightly grease each ramekin with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of hot water to each ramekin.

Step 2: Crack the Eggs

  1. Carefully crack one egg into each ramekin.
  2. Make sure the yolk remains intact.

Step 3: Preheat the Air Fryer

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.

Step 4: Cook the Eggs

  1. Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes.
    • 5 minutes: very runny yolk
    • 6 minutes: medium-runny yolk
    • 7 minutes: firmer yolk

Step 5: Remove and Serve

  1. Carefully remove the ramekins using tongs or oven mitts.
  2. Let the eggs rest for about 30 seconds.
  3. Use a spoon to gently lift the eggs from the ramekins.
