These tender pork chops are slow-cooked until they practically fall apart. With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll have a comforting family dinner that’s rich, savory, and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Slow Cooker

Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2: Season the Pork Chops

Place the pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker in a single layer if possible.

Step 3: Make the Sauce

In a medium bowl, combine:

  • Ranch seasoning mix
  • Brown gravy mix
  • Cream of chicken soup

Stir until smooth and well blended.

Step 4: Cover the Pork Chops

Pour the mixture evenly over the pork chops, making sure they are well coated.

Step 5: Slow Cook

  • Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours, or
  • Cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours

The pork chops are ready when they are fork-tender and easy to shred.

Step 6: Serve

Carefully remove the pork chops and spoon plenty of the rich gravy over the top.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with:

  • Creamy mashed potatoes
