  • 1 gallon (3.8 liters) cold water
  • 2 scoops clear whey isolate protein (berry flavor)
  • 1 packet sugar-free electrolyte mix
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • Ice cubes

Step 1: Fill the Jug

Add plenty of ice to a large gallon-sized container.

Pour in the cold water.

Step 2: Mix the Protein

In a separate shaker bottle, combine the whey isolate with a small amount of water and shake until completely dissolved.

This helps prevent clumping.

Step 3: Add Fresh Ingredients
