Fluffy Pancakes are soft, thick, and light with a golden surface and a tender inside. They are perfect for breakfast or brunch and taste amazing with butter, maple syrup, or fresh fruits.

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
