Chocolate Ice Candy

Ingredients

* 4 cups whole milk

* 1 can (14 oz/397 g) sweetened condensed milk

* ½ cup cocoa powder

* ½ cup sugar

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 2 tbsp cornstarch

* ¼ cup water

Instructions�Combine the milk, condensed milk, cocoa powder, and sugar in a saucepan. Dissolve the cornstarch in water and stir it into the mixture. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat, add the vanilla extract, and let the mixture cool completely. Pour into ice candy bags, tie securely, and freeze for 6–8 hours.

Ube Ice Candy

Ingredients

* 4 cups whole milk

* 1 can sweetened condensed milk

* 1½ cups ube halaya

* 1 tsp ube extract

* ½ cup sugar

* 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions�Blend the whole milk, condensed milk, ube halaya, ube extract, sugar, and coconut milk until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed. Pour the mixture into ice candy bags, tie securely, and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.

* 4 cups coconut water

* 2 cups young coconut meat, shredded

* 2 cups coconut milk
