Rich Chocolate Fudge Cake

Step 1: Prepare the Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, sift together:

  • Flour
  • Cocoa powder
  • Sugar
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Salt

Whisk to combine.

Step 3: Add Wet Ingredients

Add:

  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Oil
  • Vanilla

Beat for 2 minutes until smooth and slightly airy.

Step 4: Add Hot Coffee

Slowly pour in hot coffee while mixing on low speed.

⚠️ The batter will be thin — this makes the cake extra moist.

Step 5: Bake

Divide batter evenly into pans.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool completely before frosting.
