Venison stew is a rich, hearty dish made with tender deer meat slowly simmered with vegetables and herbs. Because venison is naturally lean and flavorful, slow cooking helps make the meat tender and allows the flavors to develop beautifully. This stew is perfect for cold days and comforting family meals.
