Pineapple peels and cloves have been used in traditional home remedies for generations. Pineapple peels contain small amounts of vitamins, antioxidants, and plant compounds, while cloves are rich in natural antioxidants and have a warm, aromatic flavor. Together, they make a fragrant herbal drink that can be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet.
Important: There is no scientific evidence that drinking pineapple peel and clove tea three times a day can cure diseases or provide dramatic health benefits. It should be enjoyed as a flavorful beverage rather than a medical treatment.
