Seaweed Salad (Wakame Salad)

  • by

This refreshing Japanese-inspired seaweed salad is light, flavorful, and packed with nutrients. It makes a perfect appetizer or healthy side dish with a delicious balance of savory, tangy, and slightly sweet flavors.

Note: Seaweed is nutritious and can be part of a healthy diet, providing fiber, minerals, and small amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. However, claims that it “burns fat” or directly “regulates digestion” are overstated. No single food causes fat loss—weight loss comes from maintaining a calorie deficit over time.
