Japanese Water (Simple Wellness Drink)

This refreshing homemade drink is easy to make and perfect for staying hydrated throughout the day. While some people enjoy it as part of their wellness routine, keep in mind that no drink alone can detox the body or cause significant weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter (4 cups) cold water
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, sliced
  • A few fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Wash the cucumber, lemon, and mint leaves thoroughly.

Slice the cucumber, lemon, and ginger into thin pieces.

Step 2: Combine Everything

Add the cucumber, lemon, ginger, and mint leaves to a large pitcher.

Pour in the cold water.

Step 3: Infuse

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours.

For a stronger flavor, leave it overnight.

Step 4: Serve

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Pour the infused water over the ice and enjoy.

Optional Variations

  • Add orange slices for a sweeter taste.
  • Add a cinnamon stick for extra flavor.
  • Use sparkling water for a refreshing twist.
