Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1 large ginger root, sliced
  • 10–12 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the lemons.
  2. Peel and slice the ginger.
  3. Peel the garlic cloves.
  4. Place all ingredients into a clean glass jar.
  5. Add the cinnamon sticks.
  6. Pour honey over everything until covered (optional).
  7. Seal the jar and refrigerate for 3–5 days.
  8. Stir or shake gently once a day.
