– 2 tbsp melted butter (25g)

– 1 tbsp chopped parsley (6g)

– 1 tsp chopped rosemary (5g)

– 1 tbsp minced garlic (15g)

– ½ tsp salt (3g)

– ½ tsp black pepper (3g)

– 1 tsp light soy sauce (5ml)

🍋🌿 Fresh Lemon Rosemary

– Juice from ½ lemon

– 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (8g)

– 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)

– 1 tsp minced garlic (5g)

– ⅓ tsp salt (2g)

– ½ tsp black pepper (2.5g)

🧄 Creamy Garlic Infusion

– ⅓ cup whole milk (100ml)

– 5 cloves minced garlic

– ½ tsp dried rosemary (1g)

– ½ tsp salt (2.5g)

– ¼ tsp black pepper (1.5g)

– 1 tsp lemon juice (5ml)

– Pinch of nutmeg

🌶️ Bayou BBQ Marinade

– 2 tbsp Orleans marinade (25g)

– 2 tsp honey (10ml)

– 1½ tsp olive oil (8ml)

– 1 tsp lemon juice (5ml)

– 1 tsp minced garlic (5g)

– 1 tbsp chopped onion (15g)

– Splash of water

🍋🌾 Citrus Lemongrass Zing

– 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass (10g)

– 1 tbsp + 1 tsp lime juice (20ml)

– 1 tsp fish sauce (5ml)

– 1 tsp white sugar (5g)

– ½ tsp salt (3g)

– 1 tsp minced garlic (5g)

– 1 tbsp satay sauce (15g)

– 2 tsp Shaoxing wine (10ml)

– 1½ tsp curry oil (8g)

– ½ tsp minced garlic (3g)

– ¼ tsp salt (1g)

How to Marinate:

1. Combine all the ingredients for your chosen flavor in a bowl.

2. Add your protein or veggies (about 1 to 1.5 lbs / 450–700g) and toss until fully coated.

3. Let it sit:

– 30–60 min for quick flavor

– 4–12 hrs for deeper flavor (fridge)

4. Grill, roast, pan-fry, or air-fry — whatever works for your dish.
